SEAHORSE INTERNATIONAL TAPAS GRILLE LUNCH MENU
SALADS:

Baby field greens topped with sliced mozzarella, procuito and tomatoes, glazed with a balsamic reduction and duster with basil
SPINACH SALAD $ 9.50
Baby spinach, red onion, cherry tomatoes, Feta cheese and toasted walnuts dressed with a raspberry zinfandel dressing

Field greens, sweet cherry tomatoes, red onion, carrot, broccoli flowerets, raisins and sunflower seeds all topped with lite raspberry vinaigrette.

Served on a bed of wilted spinach, along with a side of mango salsa.
CLASSIC SMOKED SALMON $ 9.50
Fresh pumpernickel bread, herbed cream cheese, capers, red onion and lemon wedges.
WINE PICNIC PATE’ $10.00
Our in house recipe served with sliced red onion, capers, pickles, olives, crackers and honey mustard.
ROASTED TOMATO BRUSCETTA $ 6.50
Six roma tomatoes that have been oven roasted to perfection, served on baguette bread slices spread with herbed goat cheese and finished with a balsamic glaze.

OPEN FACED:

THE CHEFS FRITTATA $ 9.00
Caramelized onion, red roasted bell pepper manchango cheese in a creamy egg custard, served with roasted garlic bread and dipping sauce.
PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM GRILLE $ 8.50
A large Portobello mushroom grilled to perfection. Then stuffed with herbed goat cheese, roasted red bell pepper, caramelized onion and finished under the broiler.
CRAB PORTOBELLO $16.00
Our very special crab mix stuffed into a grilled mushroom. Topped with Spanish cheese and garlic buttered bread crumbs then broiled to a golden brown.
THE STUFFED TOMATO $ 8.50
A classic….! Fresh albacore white tuna mixed in our famous herbed mayo. Stuffed to overflowing and served on a bed of field greens with a side of house dressing.
SHRIMP SALAD LOUIS $13.50
Fresh cooked gulf shrimp made into a salad with celery, onions, herbs and lemon mayo. All on top of a half of an avocado and covered with Spanish melting cheese and popped under the broiler.
SANDWICHES:

TERIAKI TENDERLOIN SANDWICH $13.50
Tenderloin roasted medium rare. Served on a ciabatta roll along with caramelized onions, roasted garlic, roasted roma tomatoes and crumbled blue cheese.
CRABCAKE AVOCADO SANDWICH $15.00
A large crab cake cut in half and stuffed with avocado salsa and wasabi to give a lively kick, served on a caibatta roll.
SPRING CHICKEN SALAD $10.50
Grilled chicken breast diced and dressed with our special sauce. Piled high on a caibatta roll. With a side of sliced tomato, onion and romaine served with a generous side of bliss potato salad.
PULLED PORK SANDWICH $ 8.50
Our taste of the south. Slow roasted pork shoulder laced with a sweet smoky barbeque sauce served on a caibatta roll, along with a generous side of bliss potato salad and pickles
