Red peppers roasted over an open flame & combined W/ caramelized onions

Marinated Mediterranean Olives $8
A combination of various olives, fresh garlic & spicy hot peppers

Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Hearts of Palm and capers $9
Served in a vinaigrette dressing

Goat Cheese Tapenade $8-
Fresh olive, garlic and anchovy spread served W/ Goat Cheese & toasted bread rounds

Scallops and Shrimp cooked in lime juice, combined W/ red & green pepper, red onion, fresh herbs lemon & lime juices & tequila
